The project specification
The emphasis in the project was to utilize the lot in the best possible way to create villas with a panoramic view while being able to maintain both spacious living areas and generous outdoor areas.
To meet the challenge, 37 unique villas were designed in this development, each with a private pool. The exterior of Golden View Villas features the use of materials with a mixture of textures such as stone, wood and glass, which blend with their green surroundings and achieve a natural look and feel.
As dominant in the entire project, the view is a priority and each villa has been designed to make the most of the geographical advantages of the area: the private pool, the balconies and the gardens, all increase the contact with nature while creating a presentation of views of the bay and the city.
