• These terms apply to the use of the Site and the services included in it through any computer or other communication device (such as a cellular phone, tablet, etc.) as well as on the use of the Site, both through the internet and any other network or communication means.

Despite this, it is clarified that inaccuracies, errors, or omissions may appear on the Site unintentionally and without any intent to deceive, and the Company, the Site Management, and the Site will not bear any responsibility arising from such inaccuracies or errors.
• The chapter titles are provided for the convenience and orientation of the user and shall not be used in the interpretation of the regulation.
• Pictures of the Properties on the Site are for illustration purposes only. In addition, there may be differences in appearance, shade, size, etc., between the Property, as displayed on the Site, and the Property in reality.
• It is forbidden to copy and use, or to allow others to use, any content from the Site, including on other websites, in electronic publications, in print publications, etc., for any other purpose.
• It is clarified that the Company is only a property marketing company, not a mediation body or a mediating party. It is hereby clarified that the Company does not collect brokerage fees from the customer or any remuneration from the customer. It is clarified that the information presented on this Site is displayed for marketing purposes only and does not constitute – in any form – a substitute for professional advice. It is also clarified that the information presented on this Site does not constitute an offer or invitation to purchase any property or right whatsoever, and anyone interested in acting in connection with the information presented on the Site should do so only after receiving separate personal professional advice.

• All intellectual property rights, including its design and content comprising texts, images, graphics, and all other material included on the Site, are the sole property of the Company or other third parties who have authorized the Site Management to use them.
• These rights apply, among others, to the data on the Site, including the list of Properties, description, design of the Properties, and any other detail related to its operation.
• These rights also apply to the Site’s name and domain (www.fourseasonsreg.com), and trademarks (whether registered or not), all of which are the property of the Company. Their use without prior written consent is prohibited.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

• Notwithstanding the above, the Company shall be entitled to transfer the user’s details to a third party in cases where the user has committed an act or omission that harms and/or is likely to harm the Company and/or any third parties, the user has used the Company’s services to commit an illegal act, if the Company received a judicial order instructing it to provide the user’s details to a third party and in any dispute or legal proceedings.
• The Company may use the user’s details, without identifying the specific user, for statistical data analysis and its presentation and/or transfer to other entities.
• Since it involves actions in an online environment, the Company cannot guarantee absolute immunity from penetration into its computers or disclosure of the information stored by perpetrators of illegal activities. If a third party manages to penetrate the information stored by the Company and/or use it maliciously, the user will have no claim, demand, or lawsuit against the Company.
• The Company shall be entitled to use “cookies” to provide the user with a fast and efficient service and to save the user the need to enter his details at each entry to the Site.
• In cases beyond the Company’s control and/or resulting from force majeure, the Company shall not be responsible for any damage of any kind, direct or indirect, caused to the orderer and/or anyone on behalf of the user if this information is lost or if unauthorized use is made of it.

Law and Jurisdiction:

• The law applicable to this regulation and/or any action and/or dispute arising from it is Israeli law only.
• The law applicable to using the Site and this regulation, including its interpretation and enforcement, is Israeli law only.
